15 Minute Air Fryer Potato Wedges
Potato wedges are a nostalgic food for me. They remind me of potato wedges at Friday's. Except these are better because your handy dandy air fryer creates the perfect crisp on the outside and softness on the inside. This is a great side dish if you're in a hurry as it only takes 15 minutes to cook and everyone loves a good potato wedge!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Russet Potatoes
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 f.
- Chop each potato in half the long way and then slice into long wedges
- Place your potatoes into a bowl and mix with olive oil and all spices. Toss well.
- Once your air fryer is done preheating, spray it with non stick spray and put in enough potatoes to not over crowd it. The size of my basket took 3 rounds of potatoes. You want to make sure they have space in between.
- Cook for 10 minutes and then flip potatoes. Cook for 5 more.
