Cranberry Orange Chili Oil Shrimp

I love making shrimp because it cooks so quickly and its delicious, healthy and packed with flavor! This recipe incorporates a delicious chili oil I found at Trader Joes which I know it's annoying to have such a specific product be a part of a recipe but this is truly what this dish is about. And honestly that's what this blog IS ABOUT! Something easy, something convenient, where you don't have to think too much.
Get the chili oil.
