Halloween Peanut Butter Pumpkin Cups
These cookies are part of a Halloween cookie series which includes 3 easy to make recipes that are perfect for the kiddos! These peanut butter cups are the easiest of the 3 so it really is foolproof. It literally only requires two ingredients: cookie dough and the candy corn pumpkins.They are the cutest little things! These would be perfect for a bake sale that you just feel so tired to deal with. You can use any cookie dough if you are afraid of a peanut allergy.
Ingredients
- 1 package Peanut Butter Cookie Dough I like Reese's brand
- 24 Candy Corn Pumpkins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a mini muffin tin with non stick spray.
- The cookie dough should come pre cut already. Simply place one ball of the cookie dough into each mini muffin cup. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Once they are done baking, remove from the oven and let them cool down for 5 minutes.
- You want to add the candy corn when they aren't super hot so it doesn't melt but also want to avoid waiting too late and breaking the cookie.
- After 5 minutes, simply place a pumpkin candy corn on top and push down on the dough a bit. Repeat for all 24 cookies
