Halloween Spiderweb Cookies

These cookies are part of a Halloween cookie series which includes 3 easy to make recipes that are perfect for the kiddos!
These spiderweb cookies are so fun and cute. It might feel intimidating at first to pipe on the cobwebs but I promise no matter how badly you think you have messed up, once its all done it still looks really cute.
I personally wanted to use white chocolate for the cobweb but if you want to simplify this recipe even more you can certainly use those food gel tubes that come ready to be piped.
You also don't have to use fudge covered Oreos. Sugar cookies would work just fine!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Chocolate Covered Oreos
  • 10 oz Milk or Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 5 oz White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Using two small microwave safe bowls, melt your chocolate wafers and chips. Cook for 30 seconds in the microwave, stir and add another 30 seconds.
  • Get a small Ziploc bag and add all the melted white chocolate. Cut off a tiny bit of one of the corners to turn it into a piping bag.
  • Dip one side of your Oreo into the melted milk chocolate. Set it down and pipe a spiral with the white chocolate. You want to start on the outer edge and work your way towards the center.
  • Using a toothpick and starting from the inner-most circle, drag a line through each circle toward the edge of cookie to create web. Repeat all around the cookie.
