  • 1.5 lbs Flank Steak, SLiced into bite size trips
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets about .75 a pound

Sauce

  • 2 tbs cornstarch mixed with 3 tbs of water
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos, Tamari or Reduced Sodium Soy
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 3 tbsp Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, Minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all your sauce ingredients.
  • Over medium heat, heat up 1 tbsp of oil on a skillet. Add your broccoli florets and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove broccoli. Increase heat a bit to medium high. Add another tbsp of oil and add your steak. Saute for about 2 minutes per side or to your desired finish.
  • Add your sauce to pan and reduce your heat back to medium. Let it boil so the cornstarch thickens up. Add in your broccoli. Toss together. Serve over fluffy Jasmine or sticky rice!
