Low Fat Authentic Tzatziki Dip

If you are anything like me, you prefer tzatziki over hummus. This creamy, refreshing and tangy dip is just so good on meats I can never get enough of it. I always pay for extra. Yep. I said it!
The secret to making tzatziki just as amazing as the authentic kind is the way you cut your cucumber. and the seasoning you use. You have to shred your cucumber very finely and then squeeze the water out. Otherwise, it gets super watery! For the best seasonings, dill or mint or both go a long way.
I keep this recipe low fat by omitting any olive oil which many recipes do contain. Tzatziki doesn't even need olive oil so it's not necessary to add that in there!
