Low Sugar Absolutely Delicious Peanut Sauce

I used to hate peanut sauce up until a few years ago when I discovered that I have clearly just been introduced to terrible peanut sauce. A well made one is so delicious and versatile! You can use it for so many things. However, they are usually pretty packed with sugar. This recipe keeps the sugar low and the taste HIGH !

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter look for the ingredients to only list peanuts(and salt is ok too); NO SUGAR!
  • 2 tbs Tamari or Soy Sauce Low Sodium
  • 1 tbs Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbs Lime Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh or Powder Ginger
  • 2-4 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients with a whisk until well combined.
  • Add the water in slowly until you reach your desired consistency
