10 Minute Air Fryer Peaches

I am naming peaches the office dessert of the summer. The first time I had roasted peaches my mind was blown. What an incredible flavor and texture. The fruit and cinnamon butter come together and caramelize in a way that seems decadent but it's refreshing and absolutely delicious. When you roast the fruit, the flavor intensifies so much!
Make sure you pick ripe peaches. The first time I tried this I was unable to split them in half because they were too soft. They should be somewhat firm but not rock hard.
You can make these in the oven if you don't have an air fryer! You will simply place them cut side up in a baking dish, fill with the butter and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. No flipping needed.
I peeled some of my peaches to see if I liked skin on or off better. I think its a personal preference. The group vote was split. I voted for skin off but if you want to experiment you can peel the skin off of 1 peach and leave the other.
