Cut your peaches in half and remove the pit. If you want skin off, gently peel the skin off with a knife.
Lightly brush the beaches with oil. I used coconut oil but you can use vegetable or canola as well.
Place cut side down and cook for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
While those are cooking, make your filling. Mix butter, cinnamon and sugar to create a paste.
Once your peaches are done, gently flip them over and stuff with the cinnamon butter. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Recommended to serve with whipped cream or ice cream!
