Fall Pumpkin Salsa

This salsa is a fun little twist on the classic party dip! Easy to make and delicious to eat. I served it with sweet potato tortilla chips which was the perfect combination.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 oz can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbs Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Large White Onion, Diced
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers, Deseeded and Minced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of your ingredients in a food processor and pulse in small bursts until the ingredients look finely chopped. You don't want to over pulse it and turn it into a soup! You want it to be a little chunky.
  • Refrigerate salsa to let it get a little cold and serve right away!
