Really F***** Big Chocolate Chip Cookies

I like my cookies plump. I like them fat, gooey, sweet and extra thicccc. I want to take a bite of a cookie and be like wow I am going to need a glass of water because this is rich and delicious and amazing. Like if I am going to treat myself to a cookie, it better be really good.
This recipe is great because it's easy to make for starters. but also because the cookies are so big and fun. If you don't like cookies that are really gooey in the center, then you should bake them for longer. Just remember once they set, they harden up quite a bit. Give it a try!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks Unsalted Butter, Cubed Keep it cold until ready to use
  • 2 Cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips I used regular but semisweet will work too

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together your butter and sugar for about 3-5 minutes or until creamy.
  • Add your eggs one at a time mixing as you go.
  • Stir in your flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Using a spatula, mix in your chocolate chips until well combined.
  • Spray a large baking sheet with non stick spray. Divide your dough into 8 balls. Each sheet pan should hold about 4 cookies.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until golden on top.
  • IMPORTANT: Once they are done baking, you must let them sit for 10-15 minutes to harden up a bit.
