Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, cream together your butter and sugar for about 3-5 minutes or until creamy.
Add your eggs one at a time mixing as you go.
Stir in your flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix until well combined.
Using a spatula, mix in your chocolate chips until well combined.
Spray a large baking sheet with non stick spray. Divide your dough into 8 balls. Each sheet pan should hold about 4 cookies.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden on top.
IMPORTANT: Once they are done baking, you must let them sit for 10-15 minutes to harden up a bit.
