Cut your biscuit dough into bite size pieces. I liked big ones but you can do whatever size you want. Roll each piece into a ball with your hands.
Place the biscuit pieces in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Brush with the melted butter
Cook at 350 degrees for 4 minutes
in the meantime, in a shallow plate mix together your sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
Flip over the biscuit pieces and cook for another 3 minutes.
Remove from air fryer and dunk the entire piece in melted butter. Make sure its well coated all around.
Roll the pieces into the sugar pumpkin mixture. If you want some fun with kiddos, add the sugar into a Ziploc bag and throw in biscuit pieces and shake well!
