This recipe is a variation of the classic American dish "Pulled Pork". It's typically served in a roll and eaten as a sandwich. This recipe does a pretty great job in recreating this classic dish into a healthier version. It's SUPER easy to make. Just be sure to plan ahead as this cooks for 8 hours in the slow cooker.
