Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your loaf pan with non stick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, add together your dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, sugar, coffee powder. Mix together until well combined.
In your mixer, add your wet ingredients. Eggs, sour cream, butter and vanilla. Cream together.
Add your dry ingredients into your wet little by little. Mix until well combined, being sure to not over mix.
Add your chocolate chips and stir together well.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, using the toothpick method to determine when its done.
