In a large mixing bowl, add your cake mix, sour cream, pudding mix, eggs, milk and oil.
Mix until well combined. Be sure to not over mix so about 4 minutes or until all the ingredients fully dissolve.
In a separate small bowl, let's make your filling. Add your white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon filling. Mix well.
Grab your bundt cake pan and add half of the cake batter.
Sprinkle your filling evenly over the cake batter.
Top the filling with the rest of the cake batter. If you need to spread it out evenly just use a spoon or knife using caution.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.
While your cake is cooking, let's make your icing in a separate small bowl. Combine your cream cheese, butter, vanilla, sugar and milk.
You want to make sure your cream cheese and butter are properly softened. Otherwise the icing will form clumps. If you find clumps in your butter, make sure to use a power whisk on high and they should go away.
Let your cake cool down for 30 minutes before removing it from the bundt pan. Drizzle your icing all over it.
