In a large mixing bowl, add your turkey, onion, parsley, garlic, egg, salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Using a spoon, scoop out turkey and form into meatballs pressing in between your hands and rolling. You can do whatever size you like. I personally like a medium size.
Over medium high heat, add a pan with non stick spray. Once it's warm, add your meatballs in batches. Be sure not to crowd the pan.
You want to brown all sides of the meatballs so be sure to flip them after a couple of minutes on all sides. They should cook for about 7 minutes total. Once they are brown on all sides, remove from pan.
