Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dust the surface of the dough with flour. Pick the dough up in both hands and stretch and turn it. Stretch out your pizza dough onto a round pizza pan or baking sheet. The thinner the better in my opinion as it will yield a crunchy finish !
Add your sauce to the pizza dough leaving it about 1" from the edge
Bake in oven for 5 minutes
Meanwhile, saute your bell peppers over medium heat until softened, about 7 minutes.
Add garlic and spinach and saute until the spinach is completely wilted.
Once your pizza is done cooking, remove from the oven. Spread your bell pepper and spinach mixture evenly
Add mozzarella slices
Sprinkle parmesan in the areas between the mozzarella
Using a spoon, create 4 little dents for the eggs. Crack the egg into each little well.
Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on how you like your eggs cooked.
