Peaches and Goat Cheese Salad
This salad is not just full of flavor but she is beautiful. It's a great option for a dinner party if you want to wow your guests with something unique and delicious. You don't need any skill in the kitchen to make this so don't be intimidated!

- 1/4 cup Candied Pecans, Chopped
- 4 cups Arugula
- 2 Peaches, Sliced
- 2 oz Goat Cheese
- 1 Shallot, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbs Honey
- 2 tbs Champagne Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey and vinegar. Set aside.
Place arugula on a large serving plate. Top with slices of peaches, crumbles of goat cheese and shallots. Sprinkle candied pecans.
Top with dressing and mix well.
