Over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of olive oil or spray to your pan and add your ground beef. Make sure to ground it up as much as you can.
Add tomato paste and pumpkin puree and combine well.
Add your oregano, onion powder, garlic cloves and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.
Add canned tomatoes. Lightly break up the tomatoes to break them apart but not squash them entirely. We want there to be pieces of delicious tomato!
Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes
Add your splash of cream and parmesan cheese. Combine well. Let it melt and simmer for a few minutes.
Garnish with more parmesan cheese!
