Skinny Pineapple Smash
Using a small amount of fresh pineapple and delicious rosemary, you'll get all the flavor and not the cals!
- 2 oz Dark Rum a shot glass
- .5 cup Pineapple
- 2 Springs Fresh Rosemary
- .5 Lemon, Juice
- 1 can Pineapple Flavored Soda Water
Muddle the pineapple, rosemary and lemon juice until well mixed
Add 2 oz of rum and some ice and shake well
Pour over ice and top with pineapple soda water
