In a large stock pot, add your turkey and onions and sauté until your turkey is no longer pink. Be sure to finely ground the meat.
Add in your tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, red bell pepper, onion, salt, cumin, onion powder, garlic cloves, chicken broth, squash, carrots and chipotle sauce.
Bring mixture to a boil. Once it's boiling, reduce your heat down to simmer, cover and let it cook for 30 minutes. Stir it twice during the cooking process to make sure everything is mixing well.
Once it's ready to serve, add in your spinach and stir well.
