Vodka Blueberry Smash
I am so obsessed with the color of this drink! Using freshly smashed blueberries, lime juice and soda water, this drink is not only beautiful but delicious too. You may find it a little hard to pour out the liquid from the shaker. That's because of the pulp. Just keep shaking it as you are pouring the liquid out to move the pulp and it will eventually all come out.
Ingredients
- 1 Handful of Blueberries or 1/4 cup
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 can Flavored Soda Water I recommend some sort of berry like mixed berry or blackberry
Instructions
- Add in your blueberries and lime juice to a shaker.
- Muddle with a fork or grinder until its nice and juicy.
- Add in your vodka and 1 cup of ice. Shake well.
- Pour over ice filled glass. You may have to shake it a bit as it's coming out due to the pulp.
- Top with soda water and lime slice.
